    Our MOQ is only 1 piece. You can even order a single trophy to test our quality first.
    The more you order, the better price you get. Bulk discounts are available for large orders.

4. What is your standard lead time?
     50 pcs for 10-16 days
    100 pcs for 13-19 days
    200 pcs for 17-23 days
    Rush service available for event deadlines

5. What shipping options do you offer?
    We ship worldwide:
    Air express (DHL/FedEx/UPS):  3–5 days
    Sea freight:  25–35 days to US/Europe, 7–15 days to Asia
    Truck / rail:  please contact us for time and price

   We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — we handle customs and duties, door to door.
   We can also split your order and ship to multiple addresses.
   Just tell us when you need the trophies.
   We will recommend the cheapest shipping plan and make sure your order arrives on time.
   Extra shipping cost may apply for multiple addresses.

6. Do you offer drop shipping or blind shipping?
    Yes. We can ship directly to your customer.
    Our factory name and logo will not show on the box or any paperwork.
    You can use your own company name, logo, and packing list.
    This service is free for regular orders. Just send us the shipping address and your documents.

7. Will my bulk order be the same as the sample?
    Yes. We have made trophies for over 35 years for top wholesalers in the USA, Europe, and Japan — so our quality control is strict.
    First, we send you a sample to confirm.
    Then we start mass production. We check every step: cutting, polishing, engraving, packaging.
    Before shipping, we send you photos of the finished goods.
    If anything does not match the approved sample, we fix it or remake it for free. That is our promise.
